REMAX Reports is the private, internal social media tool of REMAX LIBYA (Al-Alamah Al-Haditha Company, Tripoli, Libya). It is used only by REMAX LIBYA staff and by our marketing agency HROOF, each with an account created by our administrator.
What we access. With the account owner's permission, REMAX Reports connects only to REMAX LIBYA's own social media accounts (Facebook Page, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn Page) through the platforms' official APIs. It reads their statistics (followers, views, likes, comment counts and the list of our own posts and videos) and the public comments on our own posts.
Publishing. REMAX Reports publishes to those same accounts only content that our team prepared and that the REMAX LIBYA administrator approved, at the date and time chosen for it. When a team member presses Reply, it posts that reply as REMAX LIBYA under a comment on our own posts. It does not send private messages, follow, like or change account settings, and it never posts to any personal account.
YouTube. REMAX Reports uses YouTube API Services. With the channel owner's permission it reads the REMAX LIBYA channel's statistics and comments, and uploads videos that the REMAX LIBYA administrator approved, with the title, description and visibility chosen in REMAX Reports. By using these features you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, and the Google Privacy Policy applies. You can remove REMAX Reports' access to your Google account at any time on the Google security settings page.
What we store. Aggregated statistics, our own posts' public information, and the drafts, designs, captions and month plans our team uploads, stored on our private server. Public comments that mention REMAX LIBYA may be stored with the commenter's public name to suggest a reply; phone numbers are removed. Private messages are read only to count new conversations and are never stored. YouTube data is refreshed at least every 30 days and deleted when access is removed. Access tokens are kept only in a private, web-blocked area of our server, are never shown in the app and are never shared.
Sharing. Data is not sold or shared with third parties. Reports are produced for REMAX LIBYA management only. An AI service (Anthropic Claude API) processes statistics and draft texts to write reports and suggest captions.
Removing access. The account owner can disconnect at any time in the platform's settings or on the REMAX Reports Connections page; stored tokens are then deleted. To have any stored data removed, write to the contact below.
